The Taj Mahal often addressed as the crown of Palaces is beautifully crafted white marble mausoleum located in Agra of Uttar Pradesh, India. This building is said to have been built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the fond and loving memory of his third wife Mumtaz Mahal. This beautiful mausoleum is universally admired as masterpieces and finest examples of World’s heritage. In the year 1983, the Taj Mahal became a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The most famous part of Taj Mahal is the white domed marble mausoleum and is said to be an integrated complex of structures.
